The quality management system of CF&S Estonia AS has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance as from December 2000. In December 2003 The EN ISO 9001:2008 sertificate of quality management system has been issued to the company. All activities and locations of the company have been certified.
Excerpt from Quality Manual (8 December 2003):
The objective of CF&S Estonia AS is provision of high quality and professional freight forwarding, ship’s agency and chartering services.
Ensuring the satisfaction of our clients is the most important quality criterion allowing evaluation of the quality of services rendered by us.
Quality for us means:
- Flexibility – our employees are available and respond to the client’s requests at first chance;
- Personal approach – the client managers handling the requests and proposals of the clients have been appointed in the organisation;
- Professionalism – we develop our staff in compliance with the market trends and service development, we advise the client with the aim to better achieve his objectives, we ensure the response to the client’s inquiries and feedback within twenty-four hours, we are well aware of the legislation in our field of activity, we use the cooperation partners with reliable background, we monitor the client satisfaction and apply adjusting measures in case the non-conformities occur;
- Efficiency – provision of quality services with competitive price to the clients, we monitor the client base and market share.
