Invoice Making-out Requirements of the Customs of Russian Federation and the Republic of Belorussia (01.01.2003)
1) Invoice must be made out in Russian or English.
2) Each invoice must include the following requisite elements:
- Number and date of the invoice;
- Name and postal address of the exporter;
- Name and postal address of the importer (incl. postal code);
- The importer’s 8-digit enterprise code in accordance with the “All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Institutions” (“код ОКПО”) (in case of import to Russia);
- The importer’s 10-digit taxpayer’s identification number (“ИНН”) (in case of import to Russia);
- The importer’s telephone and fax (in case of import to Russia);
- Code of the region where the importer is seated, in accordance with All-Russian classifier (“COATA”) (in case of import to Russia);
- Number of the contract and date of its conclusion;
- Delivery condition (FOB, CIF, DAF, etc.);
- Full name and description of each article of trade;
- 10-digit code of each article of trade, in accordance with the foreign commerce merchandise nomenclature (ТН ВЭД);
- Number of article spaces, type and marking in case of each article of trade;
- Gross weight of each article of trade;
- Net weight of each article of trade;
- Unit cost per each article of trade, in currency quoted by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
- The exporter’s stamp.
